Only discounted items are considered final sale. This includes using a promotion code. We pride ourselves on our meticulous inspections upon each delivery. However, if you are to receive a wrong or faulty product, we are always happy to issue a refund with the return of the product.

Why do you use vermeil and not solid gold?
We use vermeil as a cost-effective and high-quality option for all jewelry pieces created to be cherished for many years. It allows us to market our products to customers with various budgets, as our goal is to include all into the celebration of luxury with conscience. Each piece is made of solid 925 sterling silver before being dipped in a thick 3.0-micron layer of either 18k white gold, 14k yellow gold, or 18k rose gold. Why Do you use 14k yellow gold instead of 18k?
Our standard is to use 14-karat gold for all yellow gold vermeil pieces. This choice ensures a balanced hue as 18-karat yellow gold tends to appear brighter and can create a less desirable look. Customizations, however, can be accommodated upon request prior to placing an order.
